What are moderation colors?

Moderation colors are used by moderators to moderate members and to notify that the topic is locked, split, merged ect.. or a member is warned!

When i lock a topic! I will notify that i locked by this way!

"=> Locked"

It's just an example!

or when i moderate a member! I will do it like this! This is just an example when someone spammed!

"Hello (USERNAME), Please refrain from spamming"

Noone spammed! It's just an example!

One more thing, its not primarily used for general discussions as it seems like a shout!Also, ordinary members may receive warning if they repeatedly moderate members using the colors.So the usage of these colors will be in
