Referring System Empty Referring System

I think we should have a rferring system. If you invite a user, when he/she registers, there should be a ''Who referred you?'' question, and the description of it should be ''If no-one referred you, leave this field blank.'' Then the member who invited the person gets the prize: 40 points. It makes it much easier. What do you think?
